Treat and missed - treat

Arghh!

The guys went out for supper yesterday and I wanted to join them. You see, I haven't seen Marc for ages, and I was telling him over friendster "yar, want to meet up."

Weijing too, the last time I saw him was in Shanghai. That was like, 3 months back.

And since Zhenwei was in a wonderfully good mood yesterday having passed his some-certification exam with cuckoo-bird colours that flew, he'll likely give us a treat if we jiok-jiok him. Of course, he had already treated me to dinner at nydc *guffaw* but I always know how to capitalise on a situation to my advantage.

So, on the MRT, I planned in my mind my rest-of-Friday night.

The Plan
- Reach home at 8
- Watch TV
- Wash up when 10-o'clock news start
- Leave home at the 1st commercial break and join the guys at Newton

The Execution
- Reach home at 8.30pm (and missed my wan-mei-nv-ren!)
- Plonked down in bed for a 5-min nap
- It's ... 9am on Saturday already!!!

Gawd!

And they smsed me saying venue's changed to Embargo, and that is so much easier to get to compared to Newton.

Luckily I didn't tell Zhenwei I was going, for I kept complaining that Newton was too far.

How disappointing... Shall we go for supper next Friday? An OMC gathering? Anything...!
