Can't do spelling

If there is one thing I can't do on my blog, it's give a spelling quiz.


Hurmph!


An example of how an attempt of spelling quiz will go:

Q: How do you spell 'Dhoby Gaut'?

A: ... Duh! You something wrong huh? Boh liao!


So, I have concluded that a spelling quiz on a blog is a big irony.


It's like, when I was in primary 2 and my sister in primary 3, and I was to help her with her English spelling revision - since both my parents don't know English. She would thrust the spelling list in my hands, and said, "Ah Mei, give me spelling." Well, okay.


"Errr..." (Didn't know how to pronounce word, since I was junior and those were more chim than what I have learned) "The one that starts with b..."


"Which one?"


"There, that one... that b-a-n-a-n-* one."


"Orr, b-a-n-a-n-a..."


Spelling revisions for my sis always ended up as rounds of hangman game.
